§ 130.19 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF.
   (A)   No person shall knowingly damage, destroy, injure or deface the real or personal property of another.
   (B)   This section shall not apply where the damage to the real or personal property, in the course of a single criminal episode, is $2,000 or more, is effected by means of fire or explosives or is otherwise feloniously caused.
