§ 130.01 RAILROADS IMPEDING TRAFFIC.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any railroad company operating any railroad in or through any portion of the town to suffer or allow any part of any train, car or engines, or any other devices under the control of said company, to block, hinder or impede traffic at any place in the town where any street crosses said company’s tracks for any period exceeding ten minutes.
   (B)   Furthermore, it shall also be unlawful for any conductor or engineer upon such train to suffer or allow said train to block, hinder or impede traffic as aforesaid.
