§ 113.17 PERSONAL USE OF MARIJUANA.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit, regulate or otherwise impair the protections for the personal use of marijuana as provided in Article XVIII, § 16(3) of the Colorado Constitution.
