§ 112.24 RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   A violation of a limitation specified in this subchapter or of C.R.S. §§ 44-3-301(10) or 44-3-901 by a licensee, whether by the licensee, the licensee’s employees or agents or otherwise shall be the responsibility of the licensee who is conducting the tasting.
