(A) Notwithstanding any provision of the Colorado Revised Statutes to the contrary, any building in which malt, vinous or spiritous liquor is to be sold, located 300 feet or more from any public or parochial school or the principal campus of any college, university or seminary school, shall be eligible for licensing.
(B) The provisions of this section shall apply to all types of liquor licenses.
