§ 110.32 RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTRACTED WORK.
   (A)   A contractor shall be responsible for all work included in his or her contract, whether or not such work is done by him or her directly or by a subcontractor.
   (B)   A contractor shall be responsible for all funds or property received by him or her for prosecution, for completion of a specific contract or for a specific purpose.
