Applicants performing work on or in any town-owned property, including rights-of-way, shall provide proof of public liability and public property damage insurance with minimum combined single limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate. Once the license is issued, the licensee must, at all times, keep current the insurance required by this section, and failure to do so may be cause for suspension or revocation of the license.
