(A) No person shall overdrive, overload, overwork, torture, torment, cruelly beat, needlessly mutilate, needlessly shoot at, wound, capture or kill any animal.
(B) Any person that carries or confines an animal in or upon any vehicle in a cruel or reckless manner, uses or allows such animal in fights between animals, or causes, arranges or sponsors such fights, or otherwise mistreats or neglects any animal, or causes or procures it to be done, or having the charge or custody of any animal, fails to provide it with proper food, drink or protection from the weather, resulting in the injury, illness or death of such animal commits a violation of this section.
(C) Any person who intentionally abandons an animal commits the offense of cruelty to animals.
