§ 90.20 NUISANCE; NOISE.
   (A)   Every nuisance caused by any pet or animal shall be restrained, prevented, abated and perpetually enjoined. Any owner of any animal in the town has the affirmative duty to prevent that animal from becoming a public nuisance.
   (B)   Any dog who barks, yelps, howls or growls in a continuous or repetitive fashion which disturbs the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other residents in the town shall be deemed a public nuisance and in violation of this section.
   (C)   Any other animal that whines, fights, howls, yelps, cries, clucks, crows, growls or makes any other noise in a continuous or repetitive fashion which disturbs the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other residents in the town shall be deemed a public nuisance and in violation of this section.
