§ 71.04 OPERATION WITHIN THE ROADWAY.
   Golf carts shall be operated as close to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when approaching, overtaking or passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction, or when approaching, overtaking or passing a pedestrian or bicyclist.
