§ 54.11 DAMAGING, TAMPERING WITH SEWERS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage or destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the town’s sanitary sewer system.
