§ 54.09 DEPOSIT OF UNSANITARY WASTES ON PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall deposit, or permit to be deposited, in any unsanitary manner, upon public or private property within the town or within any area within the jurisdiction of the town any human or animal excrement wastes.
