§ 54.07 ABANDONMENT OF CONNECTIONS.
   No person shall abandon any building connection without first obtaining a written permit therefor. Such building connection shall be effectively sealed with a proper stopper inserted in the bell of the sewer extending to the property line which stopper shall be jointed as directed by the Town Manager.
