§ 36.06 COLLECTION OF COSTS FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.
   Pursuant to KRS 95.019, any fees for execution of warrants of arrest, processes, subpoenas, and attachments for witnesses, served by the Chief of Police or any members of the police force shall be paid directly to the city treasury since the Chief of Police and any other members of the force are employed on salary.
