§ 36.05 PROTECTIVE GEAR AND THE LIKE.

All police officers will be supplied with protective equipment, such as vests, guns, clubs, cuffs, mace, and the like. Police officers will be requested to wear this protective gear at all times when on duty. This section will also cover any equipment that the City Council or state regulatory offices may recommend as necessary for the safety of police employees.
