§ 36.04 KENTUCKY LAW ENFORCEMENT FOUNDATION PROGRAM.
   The city will participate in the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program, as was passed by the City Council at the January 17, 1996 meeting. This section will also permit the city to apply for any other additional grant monies that may be used to expand, purchase equipment, or further the security coverage of the police force on the approval of the City Council.
