§ 50.096 DATE OF RECEIPT OF REPORTS.
   The due date for all correspondence required to be submitted to CW shall be governed by the date of receipt. Correspondence which is postmarked prior to the due date but which is not received by CW until after the due date shall be deemed late and may incur a violation.
