§ 50.068 BUILDING SEWER AND CONNECTION PERMITS.
   (A)   There shall be two classes of building sewer permits required: (1) for residential; and (2) for service to commercial and industrial establishments. In either case, the owner(s) or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by CW. Applicants for service to commercial and industrial establishments shall be required to furnish information about all waste producing activities, wastewater characteristics and constituents. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the CW. Details regarding commercial and industrial permits include, but are not limited to those required by these regulations. Permit and inspection fees shall be paid to CW at the time the application is filed.
   (B)   Users shall promptly notify CW in advance of any introduction of wastewater constituents or any substantial change in the volume or character of the waste water constituents being introduced into the POTW. CW may deny or condition the new introduction or change in discharge based on the information submitted in the notification or additional information as may be requested.
   (C)   No person(s) shall uncover, plug or make any connection with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining permission from the CW.
