§ 50.067 INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS.

CW will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 60 days of receipt of a complete permit application, CW will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. CW may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
