§ 154.47 RIGHT TO APPEAL TO CIRCUIT COURT.
   Any owner who is aggrieved by the written determination made by the City Council shall have the right to appeal such determination to the Ballard Circuit Court within 30 days following the entry of the City Council’s determination.
