§ 154.46 DETERMINATION BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
   At the culmination of the hearing, the City Council shall make a determination with regard to the issues presented before the City Council. The determination shall be by majority vote of the members of the City Council that are present at the hearing. The City Council shall have the right to have its legal counsel present during their deliberations. The City Council shall have the right to affirm or deny the enforcement officer’s determination and the directives as set forth in the written notice, or make such other modifications to the determination or directives as deemed appropriate by the City Council. The City Council shall have the right to go into executive session during their deliberations, provided that any final determination made by the City Council be made in open session. The determination made by the City Council shall be reduced to writing, reflect the date of the entry, and be signed by the members of the City Council who voted in favor of such determination.
