(A) The Mayor/Council/Board of Adjustment may require an inspection of a used trailer/mobile home by the Fire Chief, Plumbing or Electrical Inspector who are licensed to perform such an inspection prior to making a decision regarding the permit application.
(B) A trailer will not be moved into the city or proposed site until all requirements and final approval is given by the City Council.
(C) It is the responsibility of the applicant to see that all requirements are in order before purchasing any trailer/mobile home that could be moved into the City of Wickliffe.
