(A) This subchapter is to establish and answer questions that have arisen concerning trailers or a mobile home, as to age, that is being considered for purchase.
(B) The age of the trailer/mobile home shall not exceed six years from the date of purchase from a manufacturer or dealership.
(C) If equipment has been used for demonstration or a model trailer/mobile home, one year of grace will be granted from the date of manufacturing regardless of time the equipment is used as a model.
(D) It will be the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all paperwork required by the Board or Adjustment or City Council.
