§ 152.01 MOBILE AND MANUFACTURED HOMES TO BE LOCATED ONLY ON APPROVED PROPERTY.
   (A)   From October 1, 1991, no trailers, mobile homes, or other such mobile residential units or manufactured homes shall be located anywhere in the city unless the property has been approved by the State of Kentucky and all other governmental agencies for mobile home or trailer parks and which property meets all of the required health, safety, and other codes as ordained by the Kentucky Revised Statutes, and all relevant local, state, and regional agencies, laws, rules, and regulations.
   (B)   The minimum square footage of any trailer that qualifies and is approved by the City Board of Adjustment and the City Council will be 1000 square feet, providing it meets all federal, state and city building codes. This may include a deck or porch that is added on within an approved time not to exceed four months. This section has been the rule that has been applied in the application of Ordinances No. 486 and 494 from October 1991.
