There is hereby established within the city fire limits, described and bounded as follows:
“Beginning at a stake at the southeast corner of Lot No. 21, at a stake in the north line of Broadway and the west line of Sixth Street; thence with the west line of Sixth Street in a northerly direction a distance of 300 feet to the south line of Court Street; thence westerly with the south line of Court Street a distance of 720 feet to the west line of Fourth Street; thence in a northerly direction with the west line of Court Street a distance of 360 feet to the south line of Ohio Street; thence westerly with the south line of Ohio Street a distance of 660 feet to the east line of Second Street; thence southerly with the east line of Second Street a distance of 300 feet to the north line of Court Street; thence easterly with the north line of Court Street a distance of 360 feet to the east line of Third Street; thence southerly with the east line of Third Street a distance of 360 feet to the north line of Broadway a distance of 1020 feet to the point of beginning. The fire limits area as above described includes Block Nos. 2, 3, 19, 20, and 21 as shown and designated on the plat of the City of Wickliffe of record in Plat Book A, pages 2 and 3, Ballard County Clerk's Office.”
