(A) Beginning January 1, 2003, all Kentucky landfills and transfer stations are required to collect and remit to the Cabinet for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, an environmental remediation fee of $1.75 per ton of solid waste collected.
(B) The fee of $0.35 per month will be added to all customers being serviced in and under the Wickliffe service area. This section will cover any additional charges that may be imposed by House Bill 174 in the future.
