Any increase in the wholesale cost of natural gas will result in an automatic and immediate increase in the retail rates of 110% of the wholesale increase of natural gas; any charges or taxes that may be levied in the future by the state or other public bodies against the sale or consumers of natural gas will likewise result in an automatic and immediate increase in the retail rates of an equal and like amount.
