(A) Service connections to the gas system shall be constructed only after the issuance of a permit therefor by or on authority of the City Council. The connection charge of each such connection shall be $10.
(B) All service connections shall comply with the Code of the American Gas Association and the National Board of Fire Underwriters or Southern Standard Building Code Part Two (Gas), and shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky or of its duly constituted authorities.
