§ 37.01 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Mayor shall:
      (1)   Be at least 25 years of age
      (2)   Be a qualified voter in the city
      (3)   Reside in the city for the duration of his term
      (4)   Have no interest in any contract with the city.
   (B)   The Legislative Body members shall:
      (1)   Be at least 21 years of age
      (2)   Be a qualified voter in the city
      (3)   Reside in the city for the duration of his term
      (4)   Have no interest in any contract with the city.
