733.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a sale is conducted in violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2019-28. Passed 6-10-19.)
