   747.05 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPERATION OF A TEEN NIGHTCLUB.
   Teen nightclubs shall be operated only as follows:
   (a)    The club may operate on any day of the week;
   (b)    On Friday and Saturday nights, it shall close no later than 12:00 midnight;
   (c)    On weekdays, it shall close no later than 10:30 p.m.
      (Ord. 2009-49. Passed 9-28-09.)
