The boundaries of Ward 2 shall be as follows:
Situated in the City of Wickliffe, County of Lake, State of Ohio, being part of Original Willoughby Township, further known as being Ward No. 2, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the corporation line between the City of Wickliffe and the City of Willowick with the line between Cuyahoga and Lake Counties at the northwesterly corner of such City of Wickliffe;
Thence southerly along such county line to the most southwesterly corner of the City of Wickliffe (being also the southwesterly corner of Tract 8);
Thence easterly along the southerly corporation line of the City (being also the southerly line of Tract 8) to an angle therein;
Thence northerly continuing along such corporation line to an angle therein;
Thence easterly along such corporation line to an angle therein;
Thence northerly along such corporation line to an angle therein;
Thence easterly continuing along such corporation line to the southwesterly corner of Larchmont Estates No. 2 as shown on the plat recorded in Volume J of Maps, Page 86, of Lake County Records;
Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of such Larchmont Estates No. 2 and the southwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to The Cleveland Baptist Association (Volume 435, Page 629, Lake County Deed Records) to a point in the center line of Ridge Road;
Thence northeasterly along the center line of Ridge Road to the center line of Lincoln Road;
Thence northwesterly along such center line of Lincoln Road to its intersection with the center line of Euclid Avenue;
Thence northeasterly along such center line of Euclid Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Robindale Street;
Thence northwesterly along the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of Lot 11, Tract 12 and along such southwesterly line to its intersection point with the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Louis J. and William Vitantonio (Volume 111, Page 371, Lake County Official Records);
Thence northeasterly along such line and its northeasterly prolongation to its intersection point with the southwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to the Bailey Meter Company (Volume 311, Page 556, Lake County Deed Records);
Thence northwesterly along such line to its intersection point with the southeasterly right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Western Railway Company;
Thence southwesterly along such southeasterly right-of-way line to its intersection point with the southwesterly line of Lot 11;
Thence northwesterly along such southwesterly line to a point in the northwesterly right-of-way line of the Lakeland Freeway (S.R. No. 2);
Thence northeasterly along such northwesterly line to the southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 58 in Schwartz and Zaremsky Subdivision No. 4 shown on the plat recorded in Volume O of Maps, Page 109, of Lake County Records;
Thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Sublot Nos. 58, 59, 62, 26, 20 and 17 in such Schwartz and Zaremsky Subdivision No. 4 to a point in the southeasterly line of Sublot No. 13;
Thence southwesterly along such southeasterly line of Sublot No. 13 to a point in such southwesterly line of Lot 11;
Thence northwesterly along such southwesterly line of Lot 11 to its intersection with the corporation line between the City of Wickliffe and the City of Willowick;
Thence westerly along such corporation line 21.4 feet to the place of beginning.
