105.02 WARD ONE.
   The boundaries of Ward 1 shall be as follows:
   Situated in the City of Wickliffe, County of Lake, State of Ohio, being part of Original Willoughby Township, further known as being Ward No. 1, and bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point in the center line of Ridge Road, such point being the northwesterly corner of a 6.526 acre parcel of land conveyed to the Cleveland Baptist Association by deed recorded in Volume 435 of Deeds, Page 629, of Lake County Records;
   Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of such parcel so conveyed to the Cleveland Baptist Association and the prolongation thereof, to a point in the southerly corporation line of the City, such point also being the southwesterly corner of Larchmont Estates No. 2 as shown on the plat recorded in Volume J of Maps, Page 86, of Lake County Records;
   Thence easterly, along such corporation line (being also the southerly line of Lot 7), to the westerly line of Tract 7;
   Thence southerly, continuing along such corporation line (being also such westerly line of Tract 7), to the southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 61 in the Wickliffe Heights Subdivision No. 3 as recorded in Volume F of Maps, Page 56, of Lake County Records;
   Thence easterly, continuing along such corporation line (being also the southerly line of such Sublot No. 61 and its easterly prolongation), to the center line of Rockefeller Road;
   Thence northerly, continuing along such corporation line (being also such center line of Rockefeller Road), to its intersection with the prolongation westerly of the southerly line of the Wickliffe Heights Subdivision as recorded in Volume E of Maps, Page 41, of Lake County Records;
   Thence easterly, continuing along such corporation line (being also such prolongation and such southerly line of Wickliffe Heights Subdivision), to the westerly line of Lot 3 in Tract 7;
   Thence northerly, continuing along such corporation line (being also such westerly line of Lot 3), to the common corner of Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4, in Tract 7;
   Thence easterly, continuing along such corporation line (being also the southerly lines of Lot 4, Lot 5 and Lot 8, in Tract 7), to the common corner of Lot 7, Lot 8, Lot 9 and Lot 10, in Tract 7;
   Thence northerly, continuing along such corporation line (being also the westerly line of such Lot 9), to an angle therein;
   Thence westerly, continuing along such corporation line, to an angle therein;
   Thence northerly, continuing along such corporation line, to its intersection with the center line of Ridge Road;
   Thence westerly along such center line of Ridge Road to an angle therein;
   Thence westerly but more southerly, continuing along such center line of Ridge Road, to an angle therein;
   Thence southwesterly, continuing along such center line of Ridge Road, to its intersection with southeasterly prolongation of the center line of Robindale Street;
   Thence northwesterly along such prolongation and along such center line of Robindale Street to its intersection with the center line of Euclid Avenue;
   Thence southwesterly along such center line of Euclid Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Lincoln Road;
   Thence southeasterly along such center line of Lincoln Road to its intersection with the center line of Ridge Road;
   Thence southwesterly along such center line of Ridge Road to the place of beginning.
