757.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES.
   No person either as owner, lessee, manager, officer or agent, or in any capacity, shall give, conduct, produce, present or offer for gain or profit any circus, carnival, menagerie, wild west show, dog and pony show, or other show or exhibition or hold or sponsor a picnic, without first securing from the Mayor a license for that purpose and paying a license fee as follows:
   (a)    Picnic attended by fifty persons or less, whether adults or minors, two dollars ($2.00).
   (b)    Picnic attended by fifty-one persons and not more than 100 persons, whether adults or minors, five dollars ($5.00).
   (c)    Picnic attended by 101 persons and not more than 200 persons, whether adults or minors, ten dollars ($10.00).
   (d)    Picnic attended by more than 200 persons, whether adults or minors, twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   (e)    Circus, carnival, menagerie, wild west show, dog and pony show or any other show, fifty dollars ($50.00).
