751.09 CLOSING TIME.

All public dances shall be discontinued on or before the hour of 2:00 a.m., provided that upon the application of a bona-fide and responsible organization or society and upon an investigation, the Mayor may grant the organization or society a permit to continue a dance until 3:00 a.m.
