(a) The interior of the game room shall provide that there shall be a minimum area per amusement device equal to the size of the mechanical amusement device plus one foot of area on each side of the mechanical amusement device plus an area of four feet in front of each mechanical amusement device.
(b) The interior of the game room shall also contain sufficient toilet facilities as required and defined by the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code which are in effect at the time that application for a license is made.
