715.04 LICENSE FEE, TERM AND POSTING.

   (a)    Whoever is granted a game room license shall pay an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).

   (b)    All licenses granted under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1. The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the game room for which it is issued. No transfer of any license shall be permitted.
