711.06 LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.

The Mayor, upon recommendation of the Building Commissioner, Fire Chief and Police Chief, or any of them, may at any time revoke or suspend licenses granted under the authority of this chapter for the failure to comply with the terms of this chapter or any of the other laws of the State or any ordinance of the City applicable to the operation of such roller skating or ice skating rink.
