711.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:

   (a)    "Roller skating rink" means a building, room, enclosure, premises, place or establishment in the City where roller skating is offered to the public upon payment of a fee or charge.

   (b)    "Ice skating rink" means a building, room, enclosure, premises, place or establishment in the City where ice skating is offered to the public upon payment of a fee or charge.
