No person between the ages of sixteen and eighteen years shall bowl or be permitted to remain in a bowling alley or a pool room after 12:00 midnight. No person who has not attained the age of sixteen years shall bowl or be permitted to remain in a bowling alley or pool room after 11:00 p.m., unless accompanied by his parent or guardian.
