§ 51.072 INDUSTRIAL WASTES.
   When required by the Superintendent, or another officer or employee of the city appointed for such purpose, the owner of any property served by a building sewer carrying industrial wastes shall install a suitable control manhole in the building sewer to facilities for observation, sampling, and measurement of the wastes. Such manhole, when required, shall be accessibly and safely located, and shall be constructed in accordance with plans approved by the Superintendent, or another officer or employee of the city appointed for such purpose. The manhole shall be installed by the owner at his or her expense, and shall be maintained by him or her so as to be safe and accessible at all times.
