§ 50.070 DEPOSIT.
   A deposit, the amount of which shall be set from time to time by the Common Council, shall be required of all persons, firms, or corporations who apply for water service from the city. Said deposit shall not bear interest, and shall be repaid to the depositor upon final payment of all charges to the city.
