(A) All meters will be read monthly on or about the same day of each month, and amounts due from property owners for water used will be due and payable prior to 12:00 a.m. of the eighteenth day of the month that the bill is received by the property owner.
(B) Failure of property owners to comply with the time of payment of water bills shall subject themselves to the provisions of § 50.041.
