§ 91.093 LICENSEES MUST PERMIT INSPECTIONS.
   Licensees must permit random inspections of the licensed premises during reasonable hours. Inspections will be conducted by the Whitewood Police Department in an effort to ensure compliance with all ordinances of Chapters 90 and 91. At the discretion of the Whitewood Police Department, any complaints concerning chickens kept on the licensed property are subject to investigation.
