§ 91.084 CHICKENS PERMITTED ON CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.
   Chickens may be kept on any lot which is used and occupied as a single-family residence. The keeping of chickens on lots used and occupied as a multi-family residence is prohibited. No building or structure to house chickens shall be constructed on a lot prior to the time of occupancy of the principal structure.
