§ 91.083 NUMBER AND TYPE OF CHICKENS ALLOWED.
   (A)   The maximum number of chickens allowed is six per tract of land regardless of how many dwelling units are on the tract.
   (B)   Only female chickens (hens) are allowed; roosters are prohibited.
   (C)   Leg-banding of all chickens is required. The bands must identify the owner and the owner's address and phone number.
