§ 152.36 MOVING STRUCTURES TO A LOCAL, INDIVIDUALLY DESIGNATED PROPERTY.
Before a building or structure can be relocated to and erected on an individually designated property on the local register, the procedure described in § 152.35 must be followed. If the building or structure proposed for the site does not meet the approval of the HPC, a permit shall not be issued for 180 days from the date the HPC receives a copy of the application from the office of the City Building Official. During this period, the HPC may negotiate with the property owner to attempt to find a reasonable alternative to any adverse effects on the individually designated property. An earlier approval may be given by the HPC under the provision of § 152.35(C).
