§ 150.058 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of the International Fire Code, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION. The City Fire Chief and the City Building Official.
   CORPORATION COUNSEL. The City Attorney.
   MUNICIPALITY. The City of Whitewood, South Dakota.
