§ 150.056 CONFLICTS.
   In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the technical code adopted by this subchapter and applicable provisions of this code of ordinances, state law, or city ordinance, rule or regulation, provisions of this code of ordinances, state law or city ordinance, rule or regulations, shall prevail and be controlling.
