§ 150.007 CONFLICTS.
   In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the code adopted in this chapter and applicable provisions of this code of ordinances, state law, or city ordinance, the provisions of this code of ordinances, state law, or city ordinance shall prevail and be controlling.
